this is all new to me - and i suppose it seems a difficult process but its prob really simple.

i'm hopefully looking to buy an evo III and/or poss a starlet turbo. i was just wondering where is the nearest port to me for picking the car up? i can get a trailer so that should be ok. how much help can i get from advan as far as deregistering the car and registering it here? i can get the work done for mot - fog lamp, speedo converted etc.

nearest port is Newcastle
Shipper is delivering to me in Aberdeen quoted at ?185.
Depends where you are in Scotland if you want to go to the trouble of fetching it yerself!
My motor is on the boat and AotaAdvan de-registered it in Japan. I think most of the registration will be done here by myself, but I believe AutoAdvan will assist wherever possible??
Get an importers pack from the DVLA, its free and has all the forms in it. You can get them from their website
