This may be a bit of an odd ball question, and no doubt you'll be asking yourself why I would consider it, but bear with me....
Lets say I import a car from Japan less then 10 years old that has a comparable UK specmodel available over here. Then I strip out the Jap spec engine and stick in a UK spec engine that meets UK emision and noise regs. Where dose this leave me in regard to the SVA test and the need for a model report...?
Does anyone have any ideas...? |
