if the TV is valuable we recommend that we send it to you via post after removal. There are some DVD/screen systems worth 1000 GBP +.
In most cases a standard screen is not a problem on the vessel.
We have not had any thefts yet and we frequently bring over sports cars with thousands of pounds worth of extra kit inside the vehicle and boot.
We have not had any thefts on the vessel. We have had one case where a customer left their vehicle at the docks for 2 weeks and someone tried to break in but got away with nothing. This was his own fault for leaving it there for so long!
Of course there is always a small risk but we do our best to minimise that. If possible we will move screen from public view i.e detach it and hide it under the seat//glovebox. |
