Dependant on sva/report, an average market price s2000 would be in the region of ?15/16k i think.
Interestingly, i think a good late ek9 would be about 8/9k (seems high?!), newer type r (ep3) is 11k+... swings and roundabouts as if modded, prep work can change all that!

what year's are the ek?

I'm thinking they are 1999-?, so will need a model report. In which case as you've said that there are no modelreports then I wouldn't think you could register it.

s2000's generally go for 2.2 million yen auction wiinning price?? so thats about ?11k probably slightly lower. I'm sure I've seen ones go for as low as ?6-7k but they are probably accident repaired or something (not an issue for old cars as they would have had some panels replaced or resprayed in their life - but not for an s2k)

If it were me I would look at say 1.8-2 million yen winning auction price and then go from there in calculating fob price , taxes etc.

Basically - you can't! If you've checked and found that there are no model reports for a vehicle then don't even think about bringing one over here, unless you're prepared to wait until one surfaces or just want it for the track!!! And if you do find a model report, make sure you know if there are any differences between the subject car and what you are going to buy, as it can be a real pain with the ESVA test if yours doesn't match!
