The reports can be translated within 10 - 15 minutes.
We would recommend you get the translation reuests in to us by 11:15 however it is ok if you are a little late.
Most auctions start in Japan at around 1-2AM GMT time.
If you require a little more time then give Tony a call and let him know so he can look out for your email.
We usually like to give you a call and talk you over the translation reports before the bid.
