Any info appreciated. |

Prob. 450k - 650k depending on mileage and auction grade. |

Not exactly helpful...
Mod anything enough and itll be faster.
The Integra however is quicker as standard. |

sure stock integra type r is quicker and better handling than stock prelude. but prelude has bigger displacement and double wishbourne suspension which is definitly better than integras McPherson. what prelude does not have, is good factory tuning. Honda never unleashed the full potential of BB chasis and H22 engine and they had reasons for that. preludes were not best selling hondas at all so they concentrated on developing better selling integras. |

| I see your point but the guy wants a teg. He might not want to spend any time modding the thing. |

Haha, are you smoking crack?
The integra has double wishbones all round as well, has an LSD as standard, wheresas not many preludes have LSD's in them (it was optional on the Bb4's)
The Integra hands down will always be a better handling car, due to the weight of the thing, you will struggle to get a stripped lude down below a ton, whereas in a teg 850kg is doable..
Ive owned both, and currently have probably the most modified integra in the UK, 2.0 on throttle bodies..
Its currently going turbo, and 500bhp
But no, Preludes are not equal to integras by any stretch of the imagination.
The integra is one of the sweetest handling cars on the road, Standard.
The Prelude is not.
happy to help |

The main reason they never 'unleashed' the H22 (thou they kind of did in the Accord type R) was the R/S ratio..
The piston speeds and bore loadings are too high to Rev the H22 reliably beyond 8,000 even with £££ spent on it.
Where as the B18 will take revs all day long. |
