i purchased my 1st car from autoadvan on the 9th may.
after seeing their ad on Ebay i then contacted tony about the price for my car i was interested in.
it was a 1996 FTO 2000cc Manual 5 Gears, White
Very fast and stunning look. ? 69,000 miles (111,000km) ? Very good condition for its age .
we aggreed a price of ?2000 for price of car and then all i had to pay was the shipping costs and sva import etc.
after realising i was happy with the price since i wanted a white FTO i paid ?300 deposit on the 16th may and then knew the car was coming in on the 25th may so i then paid the remainder of balance through bank transfer on 23rd may. ?1700.
car then arrived in liverpool on 24th of may (1 day early) and i then got onto the shipping company and paid the remainder of costs to shipping company which worked out all in ?944.
car is now ready for collection in liverpool and will be collected tomorrow friday 3/6 and will go through SVA on wednesday so keep posted to see what the total cost will be to have a 96 FTO on the road

as you can see from my posts above that i bought my car on may 24th paid for total cost to autoadvan ?2K
i then recieved my car from shipping company on the 24june in liverpool.
it has taken me a couple of weeks to get the car ready for SVA MOT etc but i have now recieved my car and i am happy with whole purchase.
shipping company total charges ?944
car from autoadvan ?2000
sva, mot and on the road costs ?800 approx
grand total ?3744 approx

if you wnt a complete breakdown i can give you one but if you are going to import a car please be patient and expect the unexpected!
you may have no problems at all but on the other hand look at romeo above

Got any pics?

Its a shame we rarely get to see the nice cars that we import for our customers... =)

there have been some real head turners.
