Please can anyone tell me if cars in the auctions are checked to see if they have been stolen or finance is still outstanding on them Question

Hey!,

I read somewhere that cars go through a stringent checks for this type of problem before they enter the auction halls.

Honestly though I cant remember where or which site I read it on, but it was one like this.
