May be a dumb question, but I have not found any results pages. I may be missing them though - if someone can help.

It would be handy to see what a certain model/year/make/mileage is selling for before putting in a bid.

It's all very nice seeing the start price.

But let's just say it starts at ?1,000. And no one on the planet wants it except you. So you bid ?3,000 and it sells, for amazingly ?3,000 or just under when you could have got it for ?1,000. Someone has clearly pocketed the ?2,000.

Seems to be an overwhelming about of trust needed here. Or am I missing something.

You just tell them what your maximum bid is and they will bid up to that amount, e.g. bought an FTO for the wife, maximum bid was 300,000 yen, we got it for 236,000. Yes there is a degree of trust but if you have a look at Romeo's post you will see the way the entire process is conducted. Also Glanma's post from about the same time goes into details if you were buying a car that needed an E-SVA test.

Hi
Yes read pretty much all that.

As you didn't mention it, I assume there is nowhere to look to see actual auction results.

Apparently watch list cars do go off the list after the auction has passed. It has been suggested on this forum before that it would be a nice feature to be able to see what the cars you have been watching actually sold for. Maybe you should PM the site admin and ask for this feature again.

True Religion’s name is a play off the “one true religion” claims of various religions. The True Religion jeans company targets teenagers college students, and other people’s desires to fit in and to be culturally accepted and their belief that being beautiful is the best and perhaps only way to do this. In a subtle way, the True Religion jeans sale corporation is suggesting that its clothing is the true path to acceptance in the fashion world.
