Japanese car imports

Am I blind or has this vanished? I was looking at the RV8 but didn't know where to pitch my bid. Confused

Hi for most vehicles customers use Advanpartners to get a rough price.

However there are not many RX-8 vehicles there.

A guide price would be 2M - 2.5M Yen for mint 2003/2004 examples - auction grade 4/5 with around 8000 miles.

If there are any other vehicles you wish to know just drop us an email.

We will have a more advanced system in place soon so you can compare.

Thanks TEz, it was last night's MGR V8 is was after getting a guide price for, it was a low mileage 1977 but i was put off bidding without a guide price, any ideas?

Varies depending on condition - there is not set market price for this type of vehicle.

My advice would be to bid up to what you are willing to pay for this vehicle - of course, under the UK value.

There is quite a low demand for these vehicles however people in the UK are starting to buy up these vehicles from Japan due to their condition.

Last week 2 1994 vehicles

one went for around 7500 GBP (1.5M yen) auction sale price.

The other went for 6500 GBP (1.3M yen) auction sale price.

Both low mileage well looked after vehicles.

None on Monday's auctions.

There was one on tues 1997 - end price: 1.6M yen. Mileage was just 9000 Miles. Good example.
