For an Import between 95 and 97 that needs an SVA test, does the vehicle have to be totally unmodified?

Its now 96 onwards, as mine is a 95, and I missed the SVA by 4 weeks.

PM Glanma as he has had a similar experiance with the SVA and the Mods that were fitted to his Estima.
