| I wondered if you have had any problems receiving and sending emails. I sent one Sunday 17/7/2005 - Title :further info please, and a repeat of this Tuesday 19/7/2005 - Title: further advice on procedures please.(from a different account) Neither to which I have received a reply yet, which doesnt overly inspire confidence in a potential new customer. Please could you confirm that these were received ok.Many thanks.. |

Cut and pasted from the "Contact Us" part of the site
"Here at Autoadvan we totally understand the concerns. We work very hard to ensure our customers receive the best customer service we can possibly give.
Our preferred contact method is email for which we have an excellent response time. Our email support system operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year. "
????????????????????????
Is there a fault with it? |

Even though its a pretty new forum there is a lot of information already available in it about the import processes. Search and you may find something similar to if not exactly what you need.
Many users have imported so will be eager to help! |

Masong is right, as people on here dont always seem to read what is contained in the posts. You can always do a search from the option above.
I have had many people PM (Private Message) me with questions that I have covered on my posts http://www.japaneseauctions.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=121&start=0 although I am always willing to help, but if people would just read the posts correctly then they would not be asking silly questions already covered.
It must be really annoying for Advan to get the same questions again and again especially as most of the answers are already here. It just takes a bit of searching and reading........
If I can help then just PM me.
Cheers
